Keeping New Year Resolutions + Printable Workbook
Resolutions are something we make really easily. Hey we can rhyme these bad boys off like there's no tomorrow! But that's the whole point that we're missing; there is a tomorrow and in fact a today so why are we so reluctant to actually stick to our resolutions and improve our tomorrows?
That's one thing I've learned from writing my monthly goals. You can make your resolution at any point in the year/month/week/day/hour, you've just got to stick to it!
But my problem is biting off more than I can chew. I send these amazing sounding resolutions like "earn my first million before the summer holiday season" or "get a bangin' bod with zero effort" which sound dreamy in theory but are a little impractical. I did talk about this in last year's resolutions.
So feeling a little inspired after a late night Pinterest binge, I created this super dab workbook to help put your resolutions to work!
It's free to download and you can just print it off, fill it out with frame it up on your wall where you can see it!
How to use:
If you're feeling a little uninspired, You can start with the final page. I created this page to really help you visualize who you want to become! It's got some great prompts to really narrow it down so you can see your best self clearly in your mind!
There is also a sheet for you to list out your resolutions and how to achieve them. Look at all the areas in your life and list out problems you like to solve/change. So it would look a little like "Problem: No Savings! -> Solution: Set money aside into a savings account -> Action: Standing order for 10% of paycheck into savings account." Pretty simple but very effective!
It's also really important to keep bringing in positives into your life and kick crappiness to the curb. To do this, I've included a list for you to include things you want more of and a list of what you want less of. It's totally okay to list more money and love for things you want and things like less sugar or arguments on the Less Of list.
Have you ever had a dream that just seems too big to achieve? If it's something like loosing weight or even starting a blog then the End Goal sheet is just for you! Simply put your final resulting goal at the top and work backwards until its a small and achievable step that you could take today!
You can download your copy of the workbook here. Click the link and it should begin the download pretty much instantly! If you have any problems, let me know in the comments below.
I hope you enjoy the workbook and feel inspired to rethink your resolutions for the new year. If you enjoyed this post and the workbook, please share it with your friends!
Happy New Year!🎆
