Sunday Summary || 5th July 2015
Good morning! Well it will probably be the afternoon by the time I'm finished writing this haha! But todayI thought I would share with you something a little different. I thought I'd give you a round up of my week! I did try to take more photos to show you but I am so bad at remembering. I guess I'm too busy living in the moment! *hipster hair swish*
This week, the temperatures here in Switzerland has rocketed to +30ºc so everything is pretty sticky . Gross. If you follow me in Twitter, Instagram or Facebook you may have noticed I've been a little abscent. This is soley down to going down to the lake after lunch and not coming home until 7 or 8 in the evening. Such a beautiful way to spend your days!
It was my housemate's birthday so that was day fueled on wine and cake! I was also incredibly adventurous when out at dinner and ordered these little fish things they caught from the lake. They tasted amazing!
Speaking of birthdays, It was also a friend's birthday yesterday. He had a BBQ gathering down at the lake so there was lots of good music, food and iced drinks flowing. To top off an amazing day my bf and I went for a cute paddle out on the lake together on a Paddle Board while the sun was setting. We made are way home in our still damp bikinis (the boys were in shorts of cvourse) to be greeted by a Jazz et Pizza au Jardin street party so the festivities continued into the night.
I've also been trying out the teeth whitening strips I was sent from Doll White. I'm on day 6 of 14 so if your curious, stick around for the full review.
I have been embracing my natural hair this week because I don't want to over-process it with so much sun and swimming already. So I've made a DIY Salty Surf Spray to realy define my natural texture. It's also been good to give my hair a break as I'm trying to grow it back down to my waist again... sigh.
I hope you've had a pleasant weekend, feel free to tell me what you've got up to in the comments below! I'm off to have a glass of Ice Tea and get my swimmin' cozzie on and go for a wee dip. I shall see you in my next post!
