Another month is begining already, I can't believe how fast this year is coming in! I'm excited for July because It's always a month I forget about. This year however, I get to actually experience summer with actual heat and swimming and other summer-y fun!
In the last week or so of July I'll be going home to Ireland to see my family before dashing off on more adventures. But I'm starting off my month with a 14-day teeth whitening course by Doll White. I'm wearing them as we speak and I even tweeted a scary picture!
Anyway, this month will be a little different because we have limited funds because of our trip to Ireland coming up so we are certainly watching the pennies! I only have 4 main goals for the month ahead but they are kind of like umberellas for several so I'll see how it goes:
1. Get back on the Fit Ball
I'm not really off it as such, but I do think I have slowed down a little. To be honest this is solely down to having a week or 2 of rainstorms or murky weather and if you like in England or Ireland you know how unmotivating that can be. I do think I will do the 30 Days Of Yoga With Adriene on YouTube again because I really enjoyed that. Maybe I'll start today actually! No point putting it off! I am swimming more thanks to the hot weather and the lake on my doorstep which is amazing! Have you any suggestiona for keeping fit in the summer?
2. Try some Summer-y Recipes
I absolutely cooking and more so eating! The summer is all about salads and cous cous and fruits so I'm really excited to make some delicious summer-y style recipes. There are so many great demonstrations on YouTube too so if you don't know how to prep an artichoke or de-bone a chicken you can learn it in under 10 minutes!
3. More exploring!
I have really been bit by the exploration bug or maybe it's the mozzies in my sleep but I love to just keep walking and see where the next bend in the road takes me! When we come back from Ireland we're going to find a canoe or some paddle boards so we can explore the water too. It's all very exciting! If your anywhere in Europe or you know anywhere in Europe that We should explore please tell me! There is so much amazing stuff on my door step right now!
4. A more positive online space
At the start of the week I talked about body shaming and the #StopTheShame campaign. I'm really behind this because there is so much BS online at the minute. It's like people spend their days just making sure everyone know's which celebrity they hate and why which is pretty crap. I think it's a lot of pressure for younger people too. So I wat to breathe a fresh breath of positivity into my social networks and cut out the negative crap! Are you with me?
What are your plans for the month ahead? Are you as excited about it as me? Also, feel free to comment with your social networks so I can check them out and spread some positivity your way too!
