March is always a lovely month. It’s like the rebirthing of the world is in full swing; baby animals are born, fresh flowers awaken and the catwalks decide the fate of our Autumn/Winter wear. It’s also International Women's Day on the 8th and St. Patricks Day on the 17th. This month I thought it would be nice to focus my a few of my posts around Wellness; Physical, Mental, Social Wellness.
What is Wellness you ask? It’s about actively choosing a healthy, happy, fulfilling life. So I have planned a couple of posts that I hope will help you achieve a fulfilling life.
As for my personal goals, they are still much the same as last month’s but with a few alterations.
1.Eat as much seasonal produce as possible
I love to cook and I don’t know what’s better that enjoying full-flavour, in season, local produce.
2. More sightseeing!
I’m a little between countries right now so why not a better time to get out and enjoy my surroundings, both new and familiar. The snow is melting so get out there and see what's hidden beneath!
3. Improve my own wellness
What is cooler than being able to say “I have achieved perfect wellness in my life.” Haha okay I can think of a few things. Since this is my theme of the month, its a perfect excuse to reflect on where my life is going, too.
