How to study for Leaving Certificate Irish
My sister is doing her Leaving Cert this summer and she has her mock Irish Oral at the start of February and she is freaking out. I always struggled with learning irish since I started learning it late into my primary school life. I only really started to study Irish for my exams after my mocks so I had about 4 months to do it. EEK!
I studied it at Pass Level and received a B3.
So without further adieu, let’s get started!
What your going to need:
6 page dividers
Punched Poly Pockets
A4 Refill Pad (to go into the folder)
A Revision Guide (My recommendation is the Less Stress, More Success)
This is just how I organised my notes. Being organised makes studying so much easier! You have everything to hand without going searching or forgetting it in your locker.
Separate your dividers into these sections:
Comprehensions (Questions and answers, doubles as your Listening)
What you’ve got to understand about my system is simplicity is key. I cut anything that I don't need to know for my exams and purely focus on my end result. I will show you how I do this in my free, downloadable PDF.
I have put together this PDF for you to download and print off. It's full of useful tips and advice based on real experiences of this subject. Please use this guide alongside the help of your teacher. Please don't forget that you can get the grade you want if you work hard for it!
Feel free to contact me for help! All my information is on the PDF and in the Contact Me page.
